What We're All About

Welcome to the Fit Farm - we're so glad you're here! 

​

The Fit Farm is not your average gym - our vibe is a little different.

You won't find a sterile, boxed-in, crowded and machine-filled environment. We prefer getting stronger with a view and to the occasional sounds of crowing roosters.  Our local resident goats, cats, chickens and horses love to pop-in from time to time to check-in on your form or to offer a little more support during those tough workouts!

If that sounds like a dream come true, then we might just be your new gym - let's get lifting!

Ryan Olexson, Fit Farm Founder, Owner and Trainer

I'm Ryan and it's nice to meet you! 

​

Fit Farm is a combination of all things that make me happy in this world; fitness, animals, nature and a tight-knit community. At Fit Farm, these elements come together for a positive, fun and unique training environment. 

 

I began my fitness journey over ten years ago as a former division I college Track and Field athlete. After college, I spent many years finding my perferred workouts, everything from spin class, to Crossfit, TRX and Yoga. Each experience has built upon the last and now I'm thrilled to bring you my own approach in helping you achieve the best version of you! My approach is a little different...I strongly believe in the mind-body connection. Working your brain is just as important as working your muscles. Our workouts focus on positive self talk, building personal confidence and setting intentions before each workout - as well as continuously adding weight to your last sets! 

 

Whether you want to build muscle, train for your next race, feel better or lose body fat, I'm ready to be your personal concierge for all things strength and conditioning. Let's get lifting!

We have a plan for you! The secret sauce is the coaching! You’ll love our personalized workout routines designed exclusively for you. On top of that, you’ll be able to benefit from one-on-one nutritional guidance, access to daily meal planning, support and accountability in your program, rounding out a fail-safe approach to fitness.
